Nana's Beach Day

Nana Banana wanted to celebrate her special day at the beach. Grandpa Eddie and the C6 were able to spend Nana's day with her.

The Birthday Girl - she wanted a simple day in the sun and we loved that she felt complete by spending time with family and friends at the beach.

Kay was with her Aunties that day so Isa and Haley spent some time together hanging at the beach. They hunted for shells/rocks all over the beach...in fact we thought they were behind us looking for shells/rocks but they were way down at the other end of the beach. Momentarily freaking us all out - okay, maybe just Denise and I but still!

All the kids playing in the sand.

Em wanted to be buried and Dev loves to help her! They did this a lot last summer when we hung out at the beach.

We went right after Dev's last Snow Trooper soccer game. Daddy was still geared up from coaching - he even got a whistle tan from having it around his neck. :)
The kids loved having the Daddies around to help them build or tease them with water splashing. It was a relaxing day at the beach to celebrate our Nana Banana. Happy Birthday!

Lucky you had some sun or she would have been waiting until August to celebrate! Sheesh. When will summer get here? I'd really like to know.

We loved spending her special day with you all!
Wish there was more sand at this beach, though! LOL!
