Darth (Sourdough Starter Day 2)
He's still hangin' in there. I'm thinking Monday will be the day...we started late Thursday. So, Monday AM will be sourdough pancakes for the kids! Which means I better get my booty up earlier so they have time to gobble it before the bus comes.

i totally effed this up - i had it out like amish bread and i THINK i was supposed to have it in the fridge. david watches it out on the counter for days and today he's like "my grandpa used to keep it in the fridge" and on the blogs it says "from the fridge" but never stick in fridge. GAH! i'm an idiot.
