Sunny Days!

This week we have been invited for some sun fun! It is a steamin' 82+ degrees here in the PNW and boy oh boy do we feel it! We are so grateful to be able to get out and enjoy this weather with our friends.

The G5 Family invited us all over for Henry's 5th Birthday! Dev and Henry play together at all of their sister's events (soccer and Girls Scouts) and have grown a friendship in the midst of it. Henry had a Batman Party that was a blast with water toys galore!

Dev was really excited to go to a 5 year old's birthday party! That was serious big boy status for him and he loved picking out Henry's gift. We got him some Star War's Galactic Heroes and Batman Comics. The first time, he has went shopping for a birthday present with me and not try to get a present for himself out of it.

Dev and Henry together.

Camille and Isa (best buds). They were bunk buddies when Isa went to GS camp. Camille is in her class, Girls Scouts and on her soccer team.

He was way pumped about his Batman Party! His Momma said he barely slept because of the excitement! I love this age. Birthdays are so fun for them!

Dev loved Henry's Batman cake.

The girls during presents whispering and giggling as 9 year olds do.

Dragon Water Park
The C6 invited us to our local Dragon Water Park. They have just re-did it and it was a blast. We saw some Co-Op friends and Gymnastic friends there. Em's (the C6's Kindergartener) Momma planned a play date for her class there and invited us to tag along so Dev and Pay could play together.

They were waiting for the water to shoot out because it's on a timer.

Em and Pay going back for more water fun.

Miss Madi clanging together the bars to make music on the playground.

Goofy girl!

There are two poles like this there that spew out water for the kiddies.

He loved when the water squirted out!

This is his idea of fun with water. Sprinkler style instead of pool style; he does not like to be dipped into water but attack it at his own free will.

The kids have not taken off their swimsuits for the last 3 days. Today, cousin Kae came over with summer surprises for all the kids. My little ones love their new swimsuits. I just got Dev to take his off; he's had it on since this morning. Thank you, Kae for the kids' summer treats! They love 'em as you can see. Thanks, C6 and G5 for inviting us out to play and enjoy the heat!
