Miss Raquel can testify the resisting attitude of Husband for a minivan. Then, we moved to
Edmonds where we became
carpoolers and was pregnant with #4. And once we had a van we had no idea how we lived without one. Now, he and I are dreaming of the day of a "new" van. Anyway
back to my new crush I caught wind of the new
Ford Flex coming out (although Husband is partial to imports-he dreams of a
Honda Odyssey) on
Extreme Home Makeover. It has some pretty fancy features. It's like minivan
meets SUV. Ideally, I would love for it to be a hybrid but I have minimized my driving so much that I don't feel
too guilty
. Maybe by time I am ready for a new van they'll come out with a hybrid.
I hope that one day the
Biofuel debate will be over. The arguement is that biofuel is better for the enviroment and it will eliminate our country's oil issues but it also burns a ton of energy to create. Ho-hum...I'd go more into it but I get very conflicted and emotional when it comes to talking politcally about the enviroment's future. The best I can do is do my part and keep looking for other resources. And, one day I hope it can be offered without controversy.

Nice love the Ford! When does it come out! Reminds me of a wanna-be Hummer! :) I'm the one who's SO against ever driving a mini-van (yes even with 5 kids) but the SUV-van thing is wayyy cool! :)
