Oh, princesses have the most unhealthy diet. At least our youngest princess does. Our birthday rule is the menu is up to the birthday girl/boy! Giving Madi free reign over her choices of food...is scary to be honest. I cringed then let it go and granted her wish.

We have a big week coming up so I didn't do a whole lot "homemade" baking. It was a crazy previous week. I sort of let Business Costco do my cooking. Hostess Doughnuts ::cringe::, cinnamon rolls, mini bagels, my infamous egg casserole and potato casserole and french toast + bacon. Bacon was key for this birthday girl. Loves her some bacon!

Princesses have dainty mugs for their very special occasion. I made a white cranberry and peach + 7up beverage for them and
italian sodas.

Haley and Em
(Em made the cake and Haley decorated it!) from the C6 made
Madi's Barbie Cake. Her
Aunty Robin was the Barbie Cake maker for many years and now their oldest is 6 years old and not really into Barbies. So...when we asked for one the whole C6 Family +
Aunty Robin were so excited to make it! Thanks so much to them!

Birthday Girl and her Cinderella Ballerina Cake!

Italian Soda Queen. I don't even wanna know how many she had by the end of the day. Here's a growing fun fact: I got up at 6am to prep for our 10am birthday party. All the kids were dressed and downstairs helping by 9:30am. Isa came downstairs at 9:50 after waking up at 8:30am. True sign of
Tweener. She was up there doing her hair and whatever else. She is such a big help during parties and anytime for that matter that it doesn't bother me...yet. Ha!

We played a few games:
Memory Game (pictured) We passed around a tray and then took it away. We removed one item then had the girls guess which item it was. Princess Style of course with all things fancy and Cinderella.
Guess The Princess I made princess signs on 3x5 cards with a picture of a Disney Princess on it. I also made them into Thank You cards with a note from Madi on the back of it. We then taped the Princess on the back of our guests and they had to guess what princess they had according to the hints everyone was giving them.
Hot Glass Slipper We passed around a Cinderella Glass Slipper while sitting in a circle while playing music, once the music stopped whomever was holding the glass slipper when the music stopped when into the hot pot with and traded their glass slipper for a flip flop.

Hot Glass Slipper. The girls were adorable and seemed to have a fun time!

I was in the hot pot at one point. Thanks, Daddy for taking this picture.

And, this one. I was very animated trying to get the girls to relax. There was a lot of thinking involved with our princess games and since these girls are a bit young it took a little bit for them to get into the groove. But, it all worked out and they seemed to have a blast!

Cake time! She was so happy to blow out her candles!

Grandpa Wade and Grandma Kim
Grandma Kim made her some very special chocolate cupcakes for Madi.
You're wondering where Grandpa Eddie was? He was fixing our van. Our starter went out and he ate then went to work. WE SO APPRECIATE HIM. I felt guilty that he had to work especially it's what he does for work except on much larger rigs. Thanks, G.E.! My parents came later...but I had some last minute errands to run since we'll be busy busy this next week. But, my family made a yummy dinner and we had nice break in between parties. Thanks to everyone! You made Madi's day very special!

Wow looks like a fun party!! I love the cake and the menu!
Happy Birthday Madi! Love the party, great job. The cups are especially adorable and I would love italian sodas!
Kaelee loves her mug and drinks milk out of it every evening--thanks for getting her to drink more milk due to that! Unfortunately the teenagers ran it through the dishwasher more than a few times so the paint is mostly off and Kaelee is sad! I'll have to bring it by so you can touch it up ;) Thanks for inviting Kaelee, she had a great time!!
Looks like the perfect bday for a princess! We were so sad to have to leave early. I'm so glad some pics were taken of you and the girls playing on the floor. Your expression is hilarious! I bet the little ones just loved it!
