Birthday + Sounders!

Um, just realizing I'm doing this a bit backwards so excuse the out of orderness.

We got free tickets to the Sounders FC against San Francisco of Panama not only that they were extremely good seating in the 112 level! Wahoo! At first, I was going to send Daddy, Grandpa Eddie and Isa but Christi was so kind to give us 9 tickets! There a ton of folks out of town and her work gave her 48 free tickets - yay, Pemco!!

Daddy was working in Seattle and scrambled home in ridiculously bad traffic then headed back to Seattle. I didn't realize he was in Seattle so our plan wasn't totally thought out BUT we made it 27 minutes into it and enjoyed a 30 minute over time. So, we didn't miss too much soccer in the long run.

We packed subs + chips and just bought drinks! I resisted the smell of yummy garlic fries + you're standing almost the entire time. I don't know how I feel about that one. BUT, it was a fun experience to share with our family. The little kids thought it was cool then the sun went down as did they. They were troopers and I'm so happy we could do this together!

Daddy and Uncle Dao taught Nana and her friend, Livi how to BOO loudly.

Uncle Dao and Haley came too! They were our 8 and 9 tickets - we had so much fun with them!

Nana and Dev were more into boo-ing than anything else. You could tell it was a "bad call" night. Poor refs! At one point, we heard them chanting "let him die!" when there was an injured Panama player...harsh!

He was fully geared (besides the too small cleats - add that to the list of sizes we don't have in cleats!).

Nutritional value was exempt on her birthday. As painful as it was for me. That was a battle I wasn't prepared to fight that day - I left her be.

Tsunami or at least 60% of them.

That night, the P4 girls came over to spend the night and brought Madi her last present of the day. Thanks, Everyone for making her day EXTRA special!

Then, it was straight to bed for everyone!
