Clifford the Big Red Dog!

Are you shocked? It's Saturday and we have something going on other than soccer?! I am too. Our big girls are with friends at the Pumpkin Patch so we could take the little kids somewhere special.

Actually, Daddy and I had kinda planned on taking Miss Madi here once we found out the exhibit was hitting The Seattle Children's Museum. She is just a big Clifford fan. I know she secretly wants a big red dog just like him.

The cutest conversation occurred (I tell everyone about this) with Denise and her.

Denise brought up a puppy. Madi's reply was this.

"Uh...Mommy, yeah puppy. Belle Belle, yeah puppy, Dev-Dev, yeah puppy. Hannah, yeah puppy....Daddy, NO PUPPY!"

Sad, isn't it? Daddy, can you just get the child a dog? :) Thank you, Grandpa Eddie for taking your son to soccer for me! It probably felt like old times, right? Taking your baby boy to soccer? Okay, maybe not quite but thank you for hanging with us at the Museum and driving Daddy down south to play his game.

We love Clifford. Madi was in Clifford heaven.

Running the restaurant.

Delivering mail in his satchel.

Postal Mail Buddies.

Gardening at Elizabeth's house (Clifford's owner).

Mr. Dev adding to the art room's story book.

Her happy spot in the art room.

Juggling balls in the ball room impressing all the kids...show off! :)

Happy Saturday!

That exhibit looks really cute! It's nice to brake the kiddies up so that they get a little extra Mommy and Daddy time.
P.S. That is the funniest story. I wish I had video taped her, because her expressions are pricless!

I was a BIG clifford fan as a child. Sadly I don't know the stories anymore.
