Last week, Madi and I were having one of those days when the only thing left to do is...eat chocolate. Dev was at his friend's house, I had a doc's appointment and Madi came along for the ride. We actually stopped at Whole Foods to get food + an added bonus, brownie mix. I love Dr. Oetker's boxed goods - they are yummy to our tummy!
The first time she's baked without her siblings "helping". She was a good Mommy helper and she loved not having to share the hand mixer!
Her master piece before baking. The brownies were gone in 2.5 seconds. She ate 2 pieces, Dev and his friend, Ian had a couple, the girls had some - we saved one for Daddy but in a family this large a 8x8 pan of brownies is gone in no time! Thanks, Madi for baking with Mommy!

I always stretch them into a 9x13 pan. The brownies are skinny, but there are more of them. :)
