Pumpkin Pecan Muffins

Denise made some yummy pumpkin bread during our pumpkin carving - junk eating fun night and I've been craving it since (Isa too). So, her and I decided to get down and make some Pumpkin Pecan Muffins. We basically took the linked recipe and added 1 teaspoon of vanilla and the streusel topping (4 T butter - 6 T sugar - 1/2 cup flour - 1/2 t each of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice).

I should mention Isa is taking a mental health/might be sick day. She had a headache...cause for laziness and a day on the couch. In my defense, she was running a slight fever 99.9 ya'll.

Mix it up.

Stick it in the oven.

Play some Lego Star Wars Wii with little brother...and enjoy. Moist yummy fatty goodness.

Hey you used the same organic pumpkin puree that I used for my bread. That stuff is pretty darn good, even compared to the real thing. And your treats turned out yummy lookin!

@denise: always. always.
@nikki: i just bought them specifically for this recipe and chose that container for it knowing i'd use some of them. :D notice it doesn't have a label either! i'm such a NERD.
@jen: that stuff is yummy - you're bread is next on my list. but since i have a plethra of pecans i may use those vs walnuts, what do you think?
