Peanut Butter Bacon Cookies

What does one do when they have no vehicle? Well, besides clean their house like a crazy person and find projects to add to their husband's list of honey-dos....they bake. Or at least I do.

Joy the Baker is on my list of faves especially because she throws in some gluten free stuff that our family would actually eat. This is not one of them - obviously...this is what you call sinfully delicious and surprisingly good.

The batter was so simple it literally was peanut butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder and bacon. So easy peasy.

Rolled into walnut sized balls and smashed with a fork rolled in sugar.

Ready to enjoy...Dana (Nana's friend, Zo's Momma) and I did a swap she made some chocolate chocolate cupcakes that I can't wait to try. I gave Denise some because she is my super hero lately with the all the crazy shuffling with my girls. Hope you guys enjoyed them!

That sounds...good? Was it? I might need to make some for work just for the conversation factor.

Love the new background!

Umm...excuse me? How do I get involved in this swapping of baked goods? And do I actually have to provide baked goods or can I just be a taste tester? :) We'd love to have you over for a playdate. I think I am going to say that the playroom will be open for dating in Oct. (As long as it comes home by curfew.....)
