Too Cool at her New School!

Nana and I worked in her classroom today. She was able to meet her teachers and new friends. The school is a non graded school which means they consistently individually assess the kids to their own unique level and combine the kids together in groups of 3. The first, second and third graders all share the same classroom (it's really 2 classrooms connected) with 3 teachers.

We are so excited. The classroom is a Co-Op setting with family orientated feel - I toured in January and instantly fell in love. I'm looking forward to a fun school year with Nana and hopes that Isa will be there soon.

Her teacher set her right away with a job. She did this and then sorted through 100+ markers to get ready for the school year! I worked on 1 bulletin board; I was there for 2 hours and that's all I did!! I pay way too much attention to detail. :) I think their teachers appreciated it though.
