Sun in November!!

The sun was out yesterday! Wa Hoo! I'm truly a fan of rain (when not driving in it of course) but yesterday it was nice to get the kids (Dev and Jules) outside. They ate lunch out there, we set up a pop tent in the front yard and then they pretended to play "house" with it. Or in their words "cabin" for camping. In no way did they want girls in there. They both have older sisters. Jules has Isa who is the same age as our Isa and Dev, well he's out numbered...always. They even drew a picture of a girl with a big X on it so Madi was banned from the pop up tent. Luckily she was napping most of the time and the big girls were at school. We have a rocket and a car that they used to go to and from work with. I played sidewalk chalk with them and got to clean out our van (vacuumed and all) while they played peacefully. So, I'm thankful it was nice and they could play.

Lunch on the deck...which is a reminder that we need to get out there and rake. What's for lunch? I know you're wondering what those green puffs are. We had chicken nuggets with ketchup and bbq sauce, veggie booty and Yo Kids Squeezers (family favorite frozen-learned that from Jules family).

This picture I took Saturday of Madi and her cousin, Jaydes. Jaydes turned a year in May and Madi turned a year in August. We have a blue kid table in our living room with little chairs that are perfect size for our little people to climb on. They were yelling at the big kids through our living room window that were outside playing. Jaydes sounded like he was scolding them and Madi was just screaming in delight -probably because I was letting her stand on the chair. They are funny together.
