Nana's last day of Daisies was Monday. Or so, I thought. There's a rumor that Girl Scouts is extending Daisies (usually the Kindergarten age group) another year through their First Grade Year. Which made me relieved at first but then, her leader said "but they will still sell cookies". Dang it. I thought I was getting away with another year with just one cookie seller but no, we'll have two. Angela G. (Ema's Mommy) offered to be Cookie Mom but I will help her organize sites since I've done it before and I think I have a better strategy in picking Site Sales. It's eat or be eaten in that Site Sale selection room. If you go slow and take your time; those Moms will pass over you and you lose your orange (hot spot) and yellow spot (good spot). And you're number becomes irrelevant. You were #35 now you're #47. No joke, ruthless I tell you. Anyway, it's still a ways away but I just thought it was interesting that Girls Scouts is changing the pecking order. I do look forward to letting Nana wear her blue vest another year. I think it's adorable.Have I mentioned today is the last day Nana will be 5? She only told me that 13613165461 times today.
