This is a ritual everyday. Cracks me up. Santa what the HECK was Santa thinking bringing that into our home? He learned his lesson from shopping ONLINE. brought Dev his super rad guitar and Grandma and Grandpa W. gave Madi her piano. So, together they make music when Nana goes to school. :) Madi is trying to touch the very loud guitar but brother angles it just so she can't reach it.
She was actually dancing. She was doing the two step while she was playing her piano. It's pretty funny to watch both of them jam out for me. I clap and they'll play again and I'll clap. It'll continue until I say "Okay, I think the guitar is tired." Let's read for our quiet time aka Cuddle time Mommy. We read or play our Thomas the Train computer. He has gotten really good at his letters and numbers just by playing this computer. Thanks, Lazaga Family! He knows 15-18 letters and all numbers 1-10 by sight. I'm more excited that he's learning through play than I am at the fact he can do it. I hate drilling so to sit with him and "cuddle", as he puts it, is exciting.
Isa made my Birthday present. She and her friend, Livii made me clay food. From left to right there's a hot dog, strawberry chenille cake (from WF-my favorite), another hot dog?, cake, salad, hamburger and a taco. It was very sweet of them. I know it took them forever to create their mini delites so I told her I would snap it and share it with the world.
Then, I was treated to High Tea at the Georgian Room on Sunday morning which I had never done before there. Husband and I usually go to B&O Cafe in Seattle but they don't do High Tea anymore. But, JB and I had a blast chatting and drinking yummy Orange Pineapple tea. It was her and I's 2nd time having Tea together and we both enjoy it. It was a good time and I definitely recommend it.
